1. Update and maintain training records and internal documents related to training history.
2. Manage inventory of training tools.
3. Support the training program team with various ad-hoc tasks as required.
4. Collect and edit content for departmental flash reports.
5. Translate the Monthly Made to Learn Retail (MTLR) Morning Briefing Journal.
6. Support regional and global posts related to training initiatives.
7. Translate training materials, including Launch Packs and Retail Excellence Training Materials.

1. Bachelor's degree or higher.
2. Relevant experience in a similar role is preferred.
3. Strong interest in the retail industry and fashion.
4. Fluency in English is preferred.

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Proficient in MS Office and other computer applications.
3. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Beginner-level experience is acceptable, with a preference for candidates who have relevant experience in retail or training.
