1. Assist the WW Senior Retail Project Manager in mapping existing processes and procedures across regions to identify areas for improvement and harmonization.
2. Gather and analyze data to provide insights and recommendations to the WW Senior Retail Project Manager and key stakeholders.
3. Participate in meetings and support the WW Senior Retail Project Manager in aligning all stakeholders, ensuring seamless progress of initiatives.
4. Collaborate with the WW Store Operations Team in organizing digital and face-to-face meetings, ensuring efficient operations, documentation, and participant coordination.
5. Support the WW Store Operations Team in monitoring the execution of new projects and activities in stores.

1. Master’s degree in Economics or Engineering
2. Genuine interest in the luxury sector and retail environment
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

1. Strong analytical skills with the ability to autonomously conduct analyses and synthesize findings into effective presentations
2. Empathetic and enthusiastic with excellent active listening skills
3. Team-oriented and open-minded
4. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage inputs from various functions and stakeholders while maintaining a positive and collaborative approach
5. Excellent command of English, both spoken and written; proficiency in Italian and other languages is advantageous

Entry-level position suitable for beginners.

Monthly gross pay of 800€.

Includes a monthly gross pay of 800€ and Ticket Restaurant vouchers.
