1. Support the HQ Retail Operations team in executing and following up on key operational projects in coordination with internal stakeholders.
2. Assist with ad hoc reporting and analysis.
3. Contribute to the creation, update, and maintenance of Retail Operations guidelines and procedures.
4. Ensure guidelines are clearly communicated and understood by stores, supporting training initiatives when necessary.
5. Monitor compliance with operational standards, policies, and internal control requirements.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in Retail Operations or Store Operations, preferably within a luxury retail environment.

1. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
2. Proactive, solution-oriented, and hands-on mindset.
3. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
4. Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
5. Fluency in English and Italian.
6. Willingness to travel.

A minimum of 3 years in Retail Operations or Store Operations, ideally within a luxury retail environment.
