- Support the HQ Retail Operations team in executing and following up on key operational projects in coordination with internal stakeholders.
- Assist with ad hoc reporting and analysis.
- Contribute to the creation, update, and maintenance of Retail Operations guidelines and procedures.
- Ensure guidelines are clearly communicated and understood by stores, supporting training initiatives when necessary.
- Monitor compliance with operational standards, policies, and internal control requirements.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Retail Operations or Store Operations, preferably within a luxury retail environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and hands-on mindset.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Fluency in English and Italian.
- Willingness to travel.
A minimum of 3 years in Retail Operations or Store Operations, ideally within a luxury retail environment.
