1. Support the HQ Retail Operations team in executing and following up on key operational projects in coordination with internal stakeholders.
2. Contribute to omnichannel initiatives, ensuring proper dissemination to regions and stores.
3. Assist in the creation, update, and maintenance of Retail Operations guidelines and procedures.
4. Manage the company tool dedicated to guidelines and procedures, and oversee its evolution.
5. Ensure guidelines are clearly communicated and understood by stores, supporting training initiatives when necessary.
6. Monitor compliance with operational standards, policies, and internal control requirements.
7. Conduct store visits to ensure operational excellence and compliance.
8. Provide operational support to regional Store Operations teams.
9. Monitor Retail Operations checklists performed by regions, review reports, and follow up on action plans.
10. Collect, consolidate, and share best practices across regions, supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in Retail Operations or Store Operations, preferably in a luxury retail environment.

1. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple topics in parallel.
2. Proactive, solution-oriented, and hands-on mindset.
3. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
4. Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
5. Fluency in English and Italian.
6. Availability to travel.

Minimum 3 years of experience in Retail Operations or Store Operations, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
