1. Lead and coordinate global Retail Operations projects, ensuring timely delivery, cross-regional alignment and stakeholder buy-in.
2. Partner with omnichannel teams to operationalize new tools and processes in stores, driving seamless in-store execution of digital initiatives.
3. Develop, review and maintain Retail Operations guidelines, procedures and governance to promote consistency and continuous improvement across stores.
4. Oversee the company platform for operational guidelines—optimizing structure, usability and adoption among store teams.
5. Prepare structured reporting and executive presentations to monitor project progress, operational KPIs and compliance.
6. Support communication and training efforts to ensure store teams understand and apply HQ guidelines.
7. Monitor adherence to operational standards, internal controls and policies; identify gaps and propose corrective actions.

1. Minimum 5 years' experience in Retail Operations or Store Operations, ideally within luxury retail.
2. Fluency in English and Italian.
3. Excellent organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
4. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; comfortable engaging regional and cross-functional partners.
5. Detail-oriented, proactive and solution-focused mindset.
6. Proficiency with MS Office Suite; advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills for reporting and presentations.
