1. Support day-to-day retail operations by ensuring stores receive timely and accurate information, tools, and resources.
2. Assist with operational projects involving inventory control, POS processes, store communications, and policy updates.
3. Help track, document, and maintain operational procedures to ensure consistency across North America.
4. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Merchandising, Logistics, Internal Control, Visual Merchandising, and Finance) to resolve store inquiries and operational issues.
5. Assist with the preparation of operational reports, training materials, and performance dashboards.
6. Participate in auditing processes, including cycle counts, operational compliance checks, and store operational checklists.
7. Contribute to process improvements that enhance store efficiency and elevate customer experience.
8. Participate in project management activities for store openings, renovations, and relocations.
9. Provide operational support during Loro Piana Personalization events such as Trunk shows and Villa.

1. Bachelor's Degree in Progress

1. Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
2. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other productivity tools.
5. A passion for luxury retail operations and a commitment to supporting store success.
6. In-store retail experience is a must
