1. Assist in mapping existing processes and procedures across regions to identify areas for improvement and best practices.
2. Collect and analyze data to provide insights and outcomes to key stakeholders.
3. Facilitate stakeholder alignment to ensure smooth progress of initiatives.
4. Collaborate with the Worldwide Store Operations Team to organize digital and face-to-face meetings.
5. Monitor the execution of new projects and activities in stores.

1. Master’s degree in Economics or Engineering.
2. Genuine interest in the luxury sector and retail environment.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, with the ability to conduct analysis and create presentations.
2. Empathy, enthusiasm, active listening, teamwork, and open-mindedness.
3. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage inputs from various functions and stakeholders.
4. Excellent command of English, both spoken and written; proficiency in Italian and other languages is advantageous.

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.
