Responsibilities
- Supervise both FOH and BOH layouts in collaboration with stores to ensure efficient operations and an appropriate customer experience.
- Manage daily operational tasks, including the store supply ordering process for printed materials, office supplies, uniforms, and stock keeping needs.
- Oversee the store packaging ordering process, including forecast completion and emergency orders.
- Update operational guidelines for process optimization.
- Develop and maintain operational training tools and systems.
- Assist in the project management and coordination of store openings.
- Coordinate cycle counts and annual stock-takes.
- Collaborate with other Retail team members to create effective action plans for improving retail KPIs.
- Update and distribute a list of individual sales/KPI performance for stores on a monthly basis.
- Create and analyze data on store performance.
- Implement projects led by HQ.
- Liaise with HQ counterparts to agree on ad-hoc incentive contests.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of relevant experience, store experience is a plus
- Business level Japanese and English
