1. Supervise both front-of-house and back-of-house layouts in collaboration with stores to ensure efficient operations and an optimal customer experience.
2. Manage daily operational tasks, including the ordering process for printed materials, office supplies, uniforms, and stock keeping needs.
3. Oversee the store packaging ordering process, including forecast completion and emergency orders.
4. Update operational guidelines for process optimization.
5. Develop and maintain operational training tools and systems.
6. Assist in project management and coordination of store openings.
7. Coordinate cycle counts and annual stock-takes.
8. Collaborate with Retail team members to create effective action plans for improving retail KPIs.
9. Update and distribute a list of individual sales/KPI performance for stores on a monthly basis.
10. Create and analyze data on store performance.
11. Implement projects led by headquarters.
12. Liaise with headquarters counterparts to agree on ad-hoc incentive contests.

1. 3+ years of relevant experience, with store experience considered a plus.
2. Proficiency in business-level Japanese and English.

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in retail operations or a related field.
