Loro Piana Retail Merchandising Specialist

- Analyze business performance KPIs such as sell-through, sell-in, sell-out, and identify trends and opportunities.
- Monitor daily sales, develop forecasts, and provide sales and stock insights to management.
- Optimize stock levels across channels by proposing transfers, cancellations, and replenishments, balancing stock between regions.
- Support the merchandising team during buying campaigns, assisting in product assortment definition, reviewing orders, and supporting local teams.
- Collaborate with Collection Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, Planning, and Finance teams on cross-functional activities.
- Support the execution of sales forecasts and the definition of Retail master orders, working closely with Retail Planning and Visual Merchandising.
- Advise regional buyers during buying sessions and throughout the year.
- Research fashion market trends, including competitor pricing.
- Collect market feedback to inform future collections.
- Degree in Business Administration, Management Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Retail Merchandising, Planning, or Buying within the fashion or luxury industry.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Analytical mindset with a passion for quantitative and qualitative analysis of sales performance.
- Strong relational skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including public speaking.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Retail Merchandising, Planning, or Buying within the fashion or luxury industry.
Degree in Business Administration, Management Engineering, or related fields.
