1. Analyze business performance KPIs such as sell-through, sell-in, sell-out, and identify trends and opportunities.
2. Monitor daily sales, develop forecasts, and provide sales and stock insights to management.
3. Optimize stock levels across channels by proposing transfers, cancellations, and replenishments, balancing stock between regions.
4. Support the merchandising team during buying campaigns, assisting in product assortment definition, reviewing orders, and supporting local teams.
5. Collaborate with Collection Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, Planning, and Finance teams on cross-functional activities.
6. Support the execution of sales forecasts and the definition of Retail master orders, working closely with Retail Planning and Visual Merchandising.
7. Advise regional buyers during buying sessions and throughout the year.
8. Research fashion market trends, including competitor pricing.
9. Collect market feedback to inform future collections.

1. Degree in Business Administration, Management Engineering, or related fields.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in Retail Merchandising, Planning, or Buying within the fashion or luxury industry.
3. Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint.
4. Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
