- Analyze business performance for the assigned Line/Channel using sell‑thru, sell‑in, sell‑out, best sellers, slow movers and other KPIs to inform assortment and inventory decisions.
- Monitor sales and projections, optimize stock levels across channels and propose transfers, cancellations and replenishments to maximize sell‑through and minimize markdowns.
- Contribute to buying guidelines and assortment definitions during the buying campaign; prepare clear briefing documents and ensure outputs align with global merchandising strategy.
- Review seasonal orders with regional merchandisers, provide ongoing support to local teams and validate assortment consistency across markets.
- Coordinate cross‑functional activities with Collection, Visual Merchandising, Planning and Finance to ensure retail needs are anticipated and addressed.
- Prepare retail presentations and visual initiatives that translate collection strategy into in‑store execution.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in fashion or luxury brands in Collection Merchandising, Retail Merchandising or Buying.
- Fluent English, excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable with public speaking and stakeholder briefings.
- Analytical mindset with strong numerical aptitude and an ability to perform quantitative and qualitative sales performance deep dives.
- Strong interpersonal skills, team orientation, attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

At least 3 years of progressive merchandising or buying experience within fashion or luxury apparel, with direct exposure to retail assortment planning, sales analysis and collaboration with regional merchandising teams.
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management Engineering or a related discipline (or equivalent professional experience).
