1. Contribute to the analysis of merchandising key drivers to support decision-making and strategic goals.
2. Identify opportunities and recommend tactics to achieve business objectives and maximize sales.
3. Analyze business performance by sell-thru, sell-in, sell-out, bestsellers, slow movers, and other relevant KPIs.
4. Monitor sales and develop forecasts and projections, optimizing stock levels across channels.
5. Propose transfers, cancellations, and replenishments based on sales analysis.
6. Support the team during sales campaigns by defining guidelines for regional merchandising teams.
7. Participate in order revisions with regional merchandisers during seasonal selling campaigns.
8. Collaborate with other corporate departments on cross-functional activities to fulfill retail needs.

1. Master's Degree in Economics or Management Engineering

1. Advanced knowledge of MS Office package; Power BI knowledge is a plus.
2. Strong analytical skills with a passion for quantitative and qualitative analysis.
3. Passion and sensibility for the luxury sector.
4. Team working attitude and flexibility.
5. Problem-solving skills, precision, and attention to detail.
6. Fluency in English, both spoken and written; a second language is a plus.

Beginner level experience in a related field is required.
