1. Contribute to the analysis of merchandising key drivers to support strategic decision-making and identify business opportunities.
2. Analyze business performance metrics such as sell-thru, sell-in, sell-out, and other relevant KPIs.
3. Monitor sales, develop forecasts and projections, and optimize stock levels across channels.
4. Provide insights through daily sales and stock analysis.
5. Support the team during sales campaigns by defining guidelines for regional merchandising teams.
6. Participate in order revisions with regional merchandisers during seasonal selling campaigns.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional corporate departments to ensure retail needs are met.

1. Master's Degree in Economics or Management Engineering

1. Advanced knowledge of MS Office; Power BI knowledge is a plus
2. Strong analytical skills
