1. Contribute to the analysis of merchandising key drivers to support strategic goals and decision-making.
2. Identify opportunities and recommend tactics to achieve business objectives and maximize sales.
3. Analyze business performance by sell-thru, sell-in, sell-out, bestsellers, slow movers, and other relevant KPIs.
4. Monitor sales and develop forecasts and projections, optimizing stock levels across channels.
5. Propose stock transfers, cancellations, and replenishments as needed.
6. Analyze sales and stock on a daily basis to provide insights.
7. Support the team during sales campaigns by contributing to the definition of guidelines for regional merchandising teams.
8. Participate in order revisions with regional merchandisers during seasonal selling campaigns.
9. Collaborate with other corporate departments on cross-functional activities to ensure retail needs are fulfilled.

1. Master's Degree in Economics or Management Engineering

1. Advanced knowledge of MS Office package; knowledge of Power BI is a plus
2. Strong analytical skills with a passion for quantitative and qualitative analysis
3. Passion and sensibility for the luxury sector
4. Team working attitude and flexibility
5. Problem-solving skills, precision, and attention to detail
6. Fluent in English, both spoken and written; a second language is a plus

Beginner level experience in retail merchandising or a related field.
