Loro Piana Retail Merchandising Analysis & Planning Manager

- Conduct comprehensive analyses across all product categories, including Ready-to-Wear for Men, Women, and Kids, Accessories, and Shoes, at the EMEA level, focusing on sell-in, sell-out, sell-through, product performance, and growth trends.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to retail merchandisers based on sales trends and performance data.
- Create detailed presentations and reports to summarize category trends and performance, aiding in strategic decision-making.
- Support the retail merchandising team during buying campaigns with strategic presentations both pre-buy and post-buy.
- Develop targeted analyses of store sales performance, sell-out, and sell-through metrics.
- Lead the forecasting of permanent and carry-over items based on sales trends, investment, and product strategy.
- Collaborate with merchandisers to forecast at the style level and facilitate forecasting meetings with the Central team, ensuring accurate data entry into forecasting tools.
- Manage a team of three Inventory Stock Allocators to optimize in-season merchandise movement.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a role such as Business Analyst, Merchandiser/Buyer, or Sales Analyst with a strong analytical focus.
- Experience in the luxury industry is advantageous.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
- Residence in or willingness to relocate to Milan.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel; experience with BO, BI, and Anaplan is preferred.
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills related to sales performance and product feedback.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar analytical role within the fashion or luxury industry.
