1. Maintain and update training records to headquarters.
2. Manage training expenses and course documentation.
3. Record training data using SAP systems.
4. Update monthly flash reports with a focus on CRM stories.
5. Create newsletters containing CRM insights, KPIs, and success stories.
6. Support and translate content for the 'Made to Learn' training app and regional posts.
7. Manage the NPS (Net Promoter Score) and mystery shopper reports, providing detailed analysis for store managers.
8. Translate training materials as needed.

1. Bachelor's degree or higher.
2. Relevant experience preferred.
3. Interest in the retail and fashion industry.

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Proficiency in MS Office.
3. Strong attention to detail.
4. Fluency in English preferred.

No prior experience required, but relevant experience is preferred.
