1. Provide consistent on-the-job coaching to ensure a superior guest experience and flawless execution of training initiatives.
2. Enhance boutique performance through personalized observations and immediate coaching on the Client Journey, selling skills, and client development.
3. Support the development of boutique leadership through observation, feedback, and mentorship.
4. Facilitate network-wide learning programs and ensure timely training on Retail Excellence Programs.
5. Adapt Global Retail Excellence content for local markets and manage training logistics.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and propose learning interventions.
7. Manage the Client Experience Evaluation program and develop strategic action plans to improve performance.
8. Monitor client communication channels and ensure constructive feedback is addressed.
9. Oversee departmental budgets and exemplify company values.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, education, training, or learning & development.
2. Background in luxury retail or hospitality is advantageous.
3. College degree in a related field is preferred.

1. Exceptional facilitation skills and impactful sales floor presence.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
3. Experience with Miro, InDesign, and Canva is a plus.
4. Fluency in English; additional languages are desirable.
5. Ability to travel 60-70%, including internationally.

Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management, education, training, or learning & development, preferably within the luxury sector.

A college degree in a related field is preferred.

Salary range of $100,000 to $125,000 per year, with flexibility based on expertise, performance, and tenure.
