1. Provide consistent on-the-job coaching to ensure top-tier guest experience and flawless execution.
2. Drive boutique performance through one-on-one observations and in-the-moment coaching on selling skills, client development, and product knowledge.
3. Support the development of boutique 'Experience Manager on Duty' through observation and mentorship.
4. Facilitate network-wide learning programs and ensure timely training on local and global Retail Excellence Programs.
5. Adapt Global Retail Excellence content for the local market and develop bespoke preparations for new boutique openings.
6. Conduct post-training follow-up activities, including tracking attendance and gathering feedback.
7. Contribute to identifying training and coaching needs and propose appropriate learning interventions.
8. Manage Loro Piana’s Client Experience Evaluation program and develop strategic action plans to improve performance.
9. Monitor client communication channels and ensure constructive feedback is addressed.
10. Manage departmental operating budgets accurately and efficiently.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management, education, training, or learning & development.
2. Background in luxury retail or hospitality is a plus.
3. A college degree in a related field is preferred.

1. Exceptional facilitation skills and impactful sales floor presence.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
3. Experience with Miro, InDesign, and Canva is a plus.
4. Fluency in English; additional languages are desirable.
5. Ability to develop and deliver compelling presentations.
6. Ability to accommodate 60-70% travel, including international destinations.

Minimum of 3 years in retail management, education, training, or learning & development, preferably within the luxury sector.

A college degree in a related field is preferred.

Loro Piana offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $125,000 per year, with flexibility based on expertise, performance, and tenure.
