1. Coordinate training sessions by managing invites, materials, attendance, and liaising with vendors.
2. Assist in the creation of digital and manual training tools, such as Product Maps and Quizzes.
3. Serve as the primary contact for the Retail Excellence inbox, addressing inquiries and directing them appropriately.
4. Utilize Microsoft Excel to create and manage attendance reports, analyze data, and track key performance indicators.
5. Develop presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint to support team meetings, training sessions, and strategic initiatives.
6. Provide support during store visits and product knowledge trainings.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and facilitate smooth operations.

1. Bachelor’s degree in progress

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, and other digital tools
2. Strong teamwork and communication skills
3. Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and project management skills
4. Ability and willingness to travel to the NYC office and local boutiques

No prior experience required, though in-store retail experience is a plus.

Loro Piana offers a market-competitive pay with flexibility to recognize various levels of expertise, performance, and tenure. The published salary range is $20 USD per hour, with potential for adjustment based on qualifications.
