1. Assist in organizing Retail Excellence training activities, including planning, logistics, and on-site support for training sessions and special events.
2. Collect and analyze feedback and attendance data from training sessions.
3. Manage the Made to Learn Retail app as a system administrator to support Digital Learning initiatives.
4. Create and review training materials, ensuring adherence to defined approaches, templates, translations, and quality standards.
5. Support the analysis of Guest Experience tools to ensure consistency and facilitate continuous improvement for retail teams.
6. Analyze qualitative and quantitative training KPIs.

1. Master’s Degree in Social Sciences, Management, or Economics.

1. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Strong analytical and synthesis abilities.
3. Teamwork orientation and flexibility.
4. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Beginner level experience is acceptable, suitable for those at the start of their career journey.

Master’s Degree in Social Sciences, Management, or Economics.

Monthly Gross Compensation: 800€

Interns will receive a monthly gross compensation of 800€ and ticket restaurant benefits.
