1. Assist in organizing Retail Excellence training activities, including planning and logistics for training sessions and special events, with direct on-site support.
2. Support the collection and analysis of training feedback and attendance data.
3. Manage the Made to Learn Retail app as a system administrator to support Digital Learning initiatives.
4. Create and review training materials, ensuring adherence to established approaches, templates, translations, and quality standards.
5. Analyze Guest Experience tools to ensure consistency and support retail teams in continuous improvement.
6. Analyze qualitative and quantitative Training KPIs.

1. Master’s Degree in Social Sciences, Management, or Economics.

1. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities.
3. Excellent team collaboration and flexibility.
4. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Beginner level experience is acceptable for this internship position.

Monthly Gross Compensation: 800€

Interns will receive a monthly gross compensation of 800€ and a meal voucher (ticket restaurant).
