1. Support Retail Excellence training activities, including planning and logistics for training sessions and special events, with direct on-site support.
2. Assist in collecting and analyzing feedback and attendance data from training sessions.
3. Manage the Made to Learn Retail app as a system administrator to support digital learning management.
4. Create and review training materials, ensuring adherence to defined approaches, templates, translations, and quality standards.
5. Analyze guest experience tools to create consistency and support retail teams in continuous improvement.
6. Analyze qualitative and quantitative training KPIs.

1. Master’s Degree in Social Sciences, Management, or Economics.

1. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Ability to analyze and synthesize information.
3. Teamwork attitude and flexibility.
4. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Beginner level experience is required, suitable for individuals at the start of their career.

Monthly gross compensation: 800€
