1. Prepare and analyze weekly business performance reports for retail leadership and store teams.
2. Maintain monthly and quarterly dashboards to support the VP of Retail with performance tracking.
3. Monitor retail KPIs and personnel data, including updates on new hires and terminations.
4. Create polished presentations and documentation for executive meetings and retail initiatives.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Finance, and Marketing, to support retail operations.
6. Compile and prepare strategic store visit decks for senior leadership.
7. Perform a range of administrative tasks to support daily retail operations.
8. Assist in coordinating regional business initiatives and ongoing retail projects.
9. Provide ad hoc reporting and data analysis to support decision-making across the retail network.

1. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in retail operations, business analysis, or corporate administrative support within the luxury retail sector.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Comfort working with data, KPIs, and business reporting tools.
3. Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
5. Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask and manage timelines effectively.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, ideally in retail operations, business analysis, or corporate administrative support within the luxury retail sector.

Loro Piana offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 to $65,000 per year, with flexibility to recognize and reward various levels of expertise, performance, and tenure.
