1. Collaborate with Global Quality to establish clear guidelines for acceptable quality in materials and finished products.
2. Work with suppliers to ensure raw materials and finished products meet necessary quality specifications.
3. Supervise the manufacturing process to identify potential issues early on.
4. Ensure accurate Quality metrics management and monitoring, performing analysis and implementing actions to improve KPI results.
5. Ensure all products align with relevant industry regulations and safety standards.
6. Address customer complaints and feedback related to product quality.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within luxury goods manufacturing.

2. Dynamic and proactive approach.
3. Strong team-working abilities.
4. Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
5. Process-driven approach.
6. Analytical thinking and structured problem-solving attitude.
7. Proficient in Italian and English, both spoken and written.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, with past experience in luxury goods manufacturing considered advantageous.
