1. Manage daily internal press distribution, scan top outlets, and share key industry news.
2. Support the Senior PR Director in overseeing the PR Agency’s weekly and monthly press coverage reporting across print, digital, and social media; ensure reporting is shared internally.
3. Assist with sample inventory processes, including arrivals, tracking, and end-of-season closeouts.
4. Collaborate with the Senior PR Director and NY-based PR Agency on sample movement, store consignment pulls, and editor appointments; conduct inventory checks across the retail network as needed.
5. Organize and maintain the PR and Marketing sample closets.
6. Support the maintenance of the department’s press, influencer, and VIP database.
7. Assist with departmental reports, special events, and administrative tasks.
8. Contribute to overall strategy, including research, list building, and data analysis.
9. Provide credit details to publications/agencies as needed.

1. Bachelor’s Degree

1. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
2. Ability to multi-task and perform duties efficiently and in a timely manner.
3. Comfort in managing and navigating interdepartmental systems and processes.
4. Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills; familiarity with DMR and FashionGPS programs.
5. Curiosity and passion for the fashion industry.

1-2 years of relevant agency or in-house Fashion PR, Marketing, or Events experience (internship or full-time).

Bachelor’s Degree

Loro Piana offers a market-competitive pay structure with flexibility to recognize and reward various levels of expertise, performance, and tenure. The salary range is a guideline, with the possibility of pay outside the published range of $20 USD per hour.
