1. Launch production orders and manage workflow phases in the system.
2. Interface with suppliers to monitor production orders and verify their progress.
3. Organize pickups from suppliers.
4. Verify and organize the dispatch of missing materials for ongoing productions.
5. Collaborate with the Production Manager to develop production plans, considering internal and external capacities, material availability, and product specifications.
6. Weekly monitoring of production order progress.
7. Daily and weekly verification of material arrival status necessary for order launches, in collaboration with the Purchasing team.

1. 1-2 years of experience in production planning or scheduling, preferably in the apparel manufacturing sector.
2. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, or scientific disciplines such as Mathematics or Statistics is preferred.

1. Proactivity and initiative with a strong problem-solving aptitude.
2. Ability to work across processes and projects involving various company functions.
3. Goal-oriented mindset.
4. Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with planning and project management tools.
5. Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
6. Proficiency in English is preferred.

1-2 years of experience in production planning or scheduling, preferably in the apparel manufacturing sector.
