- Define and implement long-term, medium-term, and short-term production plans in collaboration with the Business Unit, ensuring resource optimization and alignment with company objectives.
- Monitor production progress and adapt plans in collaboration with the Business Unit based on demand variations and market needs.
- Prepare executive summaries and reporting deliveries for the entire company as well as for Corporate Management.
- Analyze demand deeply, identifying trends and seasonality.
- Establish production priorities based on commercial needs and resource availability.
- Ensure timely deliveries according to the Go To Market calendar.
- Oversee the planning of restocks, capsules, events, uniforms, PR/VIC garments to promptly respond to commercial requests.
- Plan Essentials, monitoring their progress including needs analysis, raw material availability, supplier capacity, and production order launches.
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials for Essentials and Carry Over, optimizing replenishment processes.
- Collaborate with other Supply Chain functions to ensure an efficient flow of materials and finished products.
- Promote continuous information exchange between Supply Chain functions and other company functions to ensure alignment with business priorities.
- Collaborate with IT and relevant company functions to refine planning processes and update/develop IT tools.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management Engineering, Statistics, or Mathematics.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Professional knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and critical thinking.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in English.
Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in a consultancy firm or in the Supply Chain/Planning department of medium to large companies.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management Engineering, Statistics, or Mathematics.
