1. Define and implement long-term, medium-term, and short-term production plans in collaboration with the Business Unit, ensuring resource optimization and alignment with company objectives.
2. Monitor production progress and adapt plans based on demand variations and market needs.
3. Prepare executive summaries and reporting deliveries for the entire company and Corporate Management.
4. Analyze demand, identifying trends and seasonality.
5. Establish production priorities based on commercial needs and resource availability.
6. Ensure timely deliveries according to the Go To Market calendar.
7. Oversee the planning of restocks, capsules, events, uniforms, PR/VIC garments to respond to commercial requests.
8. Plan Essentials, monitoring their progress including needs analysis, raw material availability, supplier capacity, and lead times.
9. Monitor inventory levels of raw materials for Essentials and Carry Over, optimizing replenishment processes.
10. Collaborate with other Supply Chain functions to ensure an efficient flow of materials and finished products.
11. Promote continuous information exchange between Supply Chain functions and other company functions.
12. Collaborate with IT and relevant company functions for the refinement of planning processes and development of IT tools.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Statistics, or Mathematics

1. Professional knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
2. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and critical thinking
3. Excellent communication and collaboration skills
4. Proficiency in English

Preferred: 2 years of experience in a consultancy firm or in the Supply Chain/Planning department of medium to large companies.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Statistics, or Mathematics
