2. Design and deliver engaging training sessions to ensure a comprehensive understanding of products.
3. Travel to various locations to present product collections, highlighting their features and benefits.
4. Collaborate with product development, retail merchandising, marketing, and sales teams to ensure training materials are current and aligned with company objectives.
5. Collect and analyze feedback from training sessions to refine training content and delivery methods.
6. Deliver training in multiple languages to accommodate diverse audiences, if applicable.

1. University degree or equivalent.
2. Proven experience in product training, preferably in the fashion or luxury sector. Retail experience is advantageous.

1. Expertise in training techniques, content design, organization, and rollout (needs analysis, design, delivery).
2. Strong understanding of digital tools and platforms such as Office Suite, InDesign, and Final Cut or Adobe Premiere Pro.
3. Ability to engage and motivate audiences, with a passion for knowledge sharing.
4. Well-organized and confident in managing budget tools, databases, and figures.
5. Willingness to travel extensively for training sessions and product presentations.
6. Excellent written and spoken English. Proficiency in Italian and another language is highly desirable.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in product training, preferably within the fashion or luxury industry.

University degree or equivalent.
