1. Support the management of orders for prototyping and sampling processes, ensuring timely availability of materials and smooth project progression.
2. Manage orders for standard stock accessories and specific metallic accessories for new collections.
3. Code suppliers/materials, request technical sheets/pricelists, issue orders, and monitor deliveries.
4. Monitor order status, anticipate and report delays, and oversee order closure including warehouse loading.
5. Follow production orders for prototypes and samples.
6. Contribute to budget monitoring through cost analysis and reporting on prototyping and sampling expenses.
7. Participate in key meetings to present and discuss operational activities.

1. Bachelor's degree in Economics, Management Engineering, or related fields.
2. Fluency in Italian and English, both spoken and written.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Precision, organizational skills, attention to detail, flexibility, and teamwork abilities.

Beginner level experience is acceptable, making this role ideal for recent graduates or those new to the industry.

Monthly gross compensation of 800€.

Interns will receive monthly gross compensation and meal vouchers.
