- Assist in the procurement process for all Loro Piana events, including sporting events, brand activations, and corporate functions.
- Support the creation and execution of procurement strategies on a global level to optimize event budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
- Aid in negotiating contracts with vendors, suppliers, and venues to secure favorable terms and maximize value for Loro Piana.
- Help build and maintain strong relationships with key vendors and suppliers within the events ecosystem.
- Conduct market research to identify and evaluate potential vendors and venues.
- Assist in monitoring and tracking event budgets, ensuring accurate forecasting and expense management.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (marketing, communications, events teams) to understand event requirements and objectives.
- Contribute to developing and maintaining a database of preferred vendors and suppliers, including the link with the LVMH preferred vendor list.
- University degree in business administration or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, with previous experience in marketing and communication areas inside the luxury industry or from vendors appreciated.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of SAP is a strong plus.
- Deep understanding of the luxury events landscape, including vendors, venues, and best practices.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, team-working attitude, and flexibility.
- Proficient in Italian and English, both spoken and written; French is considered a plus.
- Willingness to travel in Italy and abroad.
Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, particularly within the luxury sector.
University degree in business administration or a related field.
