Process Engineering Specialist

1. Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing processes, ensuring harmonization among production plants using Lean Manufacturing principles.
2. Ensure the efficiency of the factory layout at both macro and micro levels.
3. Ensure production processes meet quality standards, collaborating with quality engineers.
4. Create and continuously improve manufacturing KPIs, OEE, and standards.
5. Drive and support the change process, measuring performances and troubleshooting.
6. Improve industrial processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase profitability.
7. Support and participate in continuous improvement events or Kaizen projects focused on waste reduction.
8. Provide process documentation and operating instructions.
9. Develop best practices and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality.
10. Conduct process and data analysis to support manufacturing performance follow-up tools.

1. 2+ years of work experience as a Process Engineer Specialist or similar role.
2. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with proficiency in statistical analysis.
3. Deep understanding of engineering fundamentals and lean manufacturing principles.
4. Excellent understanding of process improvement methodologies with a project management mindset.
5. Good communication skills for interfacing between departments.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and process mapping software.
7. Good knowledge of Italian and English (both spoken and written).

At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
