Loro Piana Process Engineering Specialist

- Develop, evaluate, and enhance manufacturing processes, ensuring harmonization across production plants through Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Ensure optimal efficiency of factory layouts at both macro and micro levels.
- Collaborate with quality engineers to ensure production processes meet stringent quality standards.
- Create and refine manufacturing KPIs, OEE, and standards to drive performance.
- Lead and support change processes, measuring and improving new implementations.
- Enhance industrial processes to boost efficiency, reduce costs, and improve sustainability and profitability.
- Participate in continuous improvement events focused on waste reduction and process quality enhancements.
- Maintain comprehensive process documentation and operating instructions.
- Develop best practices and innovative solutions to enhance production rates and output quality.
- Conduct process and data analysis to support manufacturing performance improvements.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, with Time and Methods practice as a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with proficiency in statistical analysis.
- Deep understanding of engineering fundamentals and lean manufacturing principles.
- Excellent project management skills with a focus on process improvement methodologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and process mapping software.
- Fluency in Italian and English, both spoken and written.
