1. Develop, evaluate, and enhance manufacturing processes, ensuring harmonization across production plants through Lean Manufacturing principles.
2. Optimize factory layout efficiency at both macro and micro levels.
3. Ensure production processes adhere to quality standards, collaborating with quality engineers as necessary.
4. Establish and refine manufacturing KPIs, OEE, and standards.
5. Lead and support change processes, measuring and improving performance.
6. Enhance industrial processes to boost efficiency, reduce costs, and improve sustainability and profitability.
7. Participate in continuous improvement events or Kaizen projects focused on waste reduction and process quality improvements.
8. Maintain comprehensive process documentation and operating instructions.
9. Develop best practices and innovative solutions to improve production rates and output quality.
10. Conduct process and data analysis, supporting manufacturing with performance follow-up tools.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Process Engineer Specialist or similar role.
2. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with proficiency in statistical analysis.
3. Deep understanding of engineering fundamentals and lean manufacturing principles.
4. Excellent grasp of process improvement methodologies with a project management mindset.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and process mapping software.
6. Fluency in Italian and English, both spoken and written.
