1. Develop, evaluate, and enhance manufacturing processes, ensuring harmonization across production plants through the implementation of Lean Manufacturing principles.
2. Optimize factory layout efficiency at both macro and micro levels.
3. Collaborate with quality engineers to ensure production processes meet stringent quality standards.
4. Establish and refine manufacturing KPIs, OEE, and standards.
5. Lead and support change processes, measuring performance and troubleshooting new implementations.
6. Enhance industrial processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase sustainability and profitability.
7. Participate in continuous improvement events, focusing on waste reduction and process quality improvements.
8. Maintain comprehensive process documentation and operating instructions.
9. Develop best practices and innovative solutions to enhance production rates and output quality.
10. Conduct process and data analysis to support manufacturing performance improvements.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, with Time and Methods practice as a plus.
2. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with proficiency in statistical analysis.
3. Deep understanding of engineering fundamentals and lean manufacturing principles.
4. Excellent project management skills with a focus on process improvement methodologies.
5. Proficiency in Italian and English, both spoken and written.
6. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and process mapping software.
