1. Map and analyze production processes using Value Stream Mapping (VSM) and propose corrective and improvement actions.
2. Conduct data and process analysis to evaluate daily performance through key KPIs such as OEE, process lead time, OTIF, and WIP, aiming to enhance industrial processes for efficiency and quality.
3. Identify projects to improve production performance in collaboration with process technologists and operators in production departments.
4. Support and participate in continuous improvement or Kaizen projects focused on waste reduction.
5. Develop operational instructions and One Point Lessons (OPL) to standardize production processes.
6. Create best practices, routines, and innovative solutions to enhance production rates and output quality.

1. Degree in Engineering
2. Willingness to work in production departments

1. Proficient use of analysis tools such as Excel, with optional knowledge of Matlab
2. Strong analytical skills
3. Teamwork orientation
4. Problem-solving skills and ability to work towards objectives
5. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

Beginner level experience in a related field.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
