1. Collaborate with the Corporate Retail team to establish the VIC target for the region and individual stores annually.
2. Develop and refine the VIC strategy for North America to meet the established targets.
3. Work closely with each store to create tailored action plans to achieve their VIC targets and key performance indicators.
4. Formulate strategies for underperforming guests and high-potential clients in partnership with stores.
5. Foster a VIC-centric mindset within stores, ensuring superior client treatment and hospitality.
6. Select and target VICs for various initiatives, including corporate events, store openings, and collection celebrations.
7. Oversee the organization of all VIC initiatives, encompassing events, client experiences, hospitality, and logistics.
8. Manage the execution of VIC delighting and gifting experiences.
9. Coordinate with the HQ Private Client Relations Team to validate and implement initiatives.

1. Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
2. Background in luxury or retail is preferred.
3. Master’s degree is advantageous.

3. Exceptional presentation skills.
4. Excellent organizational and time-management capabilities.
5. Keen attention to detail and precision.
6. Strong oral and written communication skills.
7. Proficient problem-solving abilities.
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

A minimum of 10 years of experience in a related field, with a preference for luxury or retail backgrounds.

Master’s degree preferred.

The salary range is $150,000.00 to $165,000.00 USD per year, with flexibility to recognize various levels of expertise, performance, and tenure.
