1. Collaborate with the Corporate Retail team to set VIC targets for the region and individual stores annually.
2. Develop and adapt the VIC strategy for North America to support target achievement.
3. Work closely with each store to create tailored action plans to meet VIC targets and KPIs.
4. Develop action plans for underperforming guests and High Potentials in collaboration with stores.
5. Foster a VIC-centric mentality within stores, ensuring proper client treatment and hospitality.
6. Identify and select VICs for targeted initiatives such as corporate events, openings, and collection celebrations.
7. Oversee the organization of all VIC initiatives, including events, client experiences, hospitality, and logistics.
8. Manage the execution of all VIC delighting and gifting experiences.
9. Collaborate with the HQ Private Client Relations Team to validate and execute initiatives.

1. More than 8 years of work experience, preferably in luxury or retail.
2. Master’s degree preferred.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Strong presentation skills.
3. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
4. Attention to detail and high level of precision.
5. Effective oral and written communication skills.
6. Problem-solving attitude.

Minimum of 10 years of experience, with a preference for backgrounds in luxury or retail sectors.

Master’s degree preferred.
