- Support Store Managers in planning and executing product launches, one-on-one appointments, in-store moments, and CRM initiatives.
- Lead by example to deliver an outstanding client experience on the selling floor.
- Provide coaching to sales staff for handling one-on-one appointments and ensure client advisors engage effectively with clients.
- Collaborate with the team to support monthly calling campaigns and client appointments, evaluating CRM activities' results.
- Manage and enhance the VIC client base by developing personalized clienteling strategies, ensuring regular high-touch engagements, and coordinating exclusive experiences.
- Work closely with the CRM department to plan and execute events, evaluating outcomes.
- Develop and implement in-store moments, selecting and targeting clients for specific events.
- Consolidate and analyze client data to derive business insights and provide action plans to achieve set goals.
- Meet CRM KPIs such as recruitment rate, retention rate, prospect target, and data collection rate.
- Manage the CRM gifting strategy at the store, including birthday, anniversary, and Christmas gifts.
- Gather qualitative feedback from stores on CRM activities to improve current practices and initiate localized actions.
- Monitor and analyze client purchase behavior to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities, promoting key RTW business.
- Develop and oversee a client recovery plan, effectively handling client complaints or service lapses to maintain long-term relationships.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in luxury retail, particularly with luxury brands.
- Passion and high motivation for Loro Piana products and brand.
- Cross-cultural sensitivity and understanding of elite clientele lifestyle.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building strong, long-term relationships.
- Strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook; SAP Retail experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Thai and English, both spoken and written; additional languages are a plus.
Solid experience in the luxury retail industry with a minimum of 5-7 years in relevant roles.
