1. Plan and coordinate regional events to enhance brand awareness and launch new products.
2. Manage the regional events calendar and budget.
3. Support stores in developing and recommending new initiatives.
4. Research and assist with design elements for event concepts, invitations, venues, and décor.
5. Coordinate all logistical aspects of events, including catering, invitations, and vendor management.
6. Collaborate with Retail/VIC teams to manage private client relations and exceptional experiences.
7. Track and report the success of events on a per-store basis.
8. Work closely with the PR team to manage sample calendar and traffic.
9. Assist in maintaining the press showroom and supporting influencer seeding processes.
10. Draft event and PR reports for local teams and headquarters.

1. Bachelor's Degree required.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in event coordination.

1. Excellent interpersonal skills.
2. Native level proficiency in Japanese (verbal and written).
3. Business level proficiency in English.
4. Detail-oriented and organized.
5. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Internet applications.
6. Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines.
7. Capability to make decisions independently and align closely with teams.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in event coordination within the luxury fashion industry.

Bachelor's Degree required.
