1. Manage the regional events calendar and budget, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
2. Support stores in developing new initiatives and provide recommendations for improvement.
3. Research and assist with design elements for event concepts, including invitations, venues, and décor.
4. Coordinate all logistical aspects of events, including catering, champagne, and floral arrangements.
5. Collaborate with Retail/VIC teams to manage private client relations and coordinate exceptional experiences.
6. Track and report the success of events on a per-store basis throughout the region.
7. Work closely with the PR team to manage sample calendar and traffic, and support influencer gifting processes.
8. Maintain the press showroom and assist in welcoming journalists and stylists.
9. Draft event and PR reports for local teams and headquarters.

1. Bachelor's degree required.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in event coordination.

1. Native level proficiency in Japanese, both verbal and written.
2. Business-level proficiency in English.
3. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
4. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
6. Ability to work independently and make decisions without close supervision.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in event coordination is required.
