1. Drive and maximize the Personalization business 'My Loro Piana' to consistently achieve or exceed annual sales targets.
2. Promote Loro Piana’s Personalization service 'My Loro Piana' to meet and exceed evolving customer expectations.
3. Lead and support in-store events focused on the Personalization service, including event planning, execution, and post-event follow-up to drive customer engagement and business growth.
4. Work closely with HQ teams to track personalization order status, ensuring timely follow-up and direct coordination on any issues or updates.
5. Influence HQ’s global product and promotional strategies by providing qualitative and quantitative feedback tailored to local market needs.
6. Initiate, develop, and implement new strategies and programs to enhance and grow the Personalization offering.
7. Collaborate across departments to integrate Personalization into wider brand and ad hoc projects, ensuring smooth execution.
8. Establish and continuously improve efficient in-house operational workflows for Personalization.
9. Deliver ongoing training on Personalization to the store network to ensure service consistency and expertise.
10. Motivate and support the sales team in executing action plans that drive the achievement of KPIs related to Personalization.
11. Assist the sales team in building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients through personalized service.
12. Ensure the highest standard of Personalization service is consistently delivered across all client interactions.
13. Monitor and analyze competitor activity from both commercial and operational perspectives to identify business opportunities.

1. Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience in merchandising or MTM functions.
2. MTM/tailoring skills is a strong plus.
3. Strong understanding of the industry with a sharp sense for personalization products.
4. Lifestyle-oriented with excellent clienteling ability.
5. Well-organized, able to multitask, and comfortable working under pressure.
6. Proactive, result-driven, and self-motivated.
7. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
8. Proficient in MS Office; fluent in English, both written and spoken.
