- Lead the Personalization team at the Milano Montenapoleone Flagship Store, overseeing expert client advisors.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the personalization process, from consultation to delivery.
- Establish and maintain quality standards for MTM and MTO products through regular inspections and audits.
- Collaborate with store management and personalization HQ to achieve sales targets.
- Take client measurements with expertise and recommend optimal personalization options.
- Ensure compliance with new policies, procedures, and MTM operations checklist.
- Provide training and support to internal teams to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
- Utilize data analytics to identify trends and opportunities for product personalization.
- Previous experience with MTM/MTO/personalization
- Strong managerial skills
- Proven luxury touch
- Strong relationship-building skills with top-tier clients
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Based in Milan or surrounding areas
- Expertise in MTM and MTO processes

A minimum of 3 years of experience in MTM, MTO, or personalization within the luxury fashion industry is required.
