1. Serve as a primary contact for retail and wholesale networks regarding Personalization orders, including Bespoke, Made-to-Order (MTO), and Made-to-Measure (MTM).
2. Receive and process inquiries and orders from stores.
3. Clarify any uncertainties related to orders, such as delivery dates and missing information.
4. Communicate order progress and address any issues, including changes, cancellations, or delays.
5. Manage critical issues and resolve problems related to order delays or quality concerns.
6. Ensure order completeness and accuracy before forwarding to production teams.
7. Update and track order status.
8. Follow up with stores on pending inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction.
9. Collect and analyze feedback from stores and areas.

1. Master’s degree in business administration or related fields.
2. 1-2 years of experience in fashion or luxury companies, preferably in a similar role.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Knowledge of ROL/SAP/ProJ is advantageous.
3. Fluency in Italian and English, both spoken and written; knowledge of a third language is a plus.
4. Strong relationship-building skills with team and internal stakeholders.
5. Proactive problem-solving approach, precision, teamwork attitude, and flexibility.

A minimum of 3 years of experience is required, with a preference for experience in fashion or luxury sectors.

Master’s degree in business administration or related fields.
