1. Serve as a primary contact for stores and areas regarding the management of Personalization orders, including Bespoke, MTO, and MTM.
2. Receive and process inquiries and orders from retail and wholesale channels.
3. Clarify any uncertainties related to orders, such as delivery dates, measurements, and missing information.
4. Communicate order progress and address any potential issues, including changes, cancellations, and delays.
5. Manage critical issues and problems reported by stores or customers, such as delays and quality concerns.
6. Verify the completeness and accuracy of orders before forwarding to production teams.
7. Update and track the status of orders.
8. Conduct follow-ups with stores regarding pending inquiries and customer satisfaction.
9. Collect and analyze feedback from stores and areas.

1. Master’s degree in business administration or related fields.
2. 1-2 years of experience in fashion or luxury companies, with a preference for experience in a similar role.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Familiarity with ROL, SAP, or ProJ is advantageous.
3. Fluency in Italian and English, both spoken and written; knowledge of a third language is a plus.
4. Strong relationship-building skills with team and internal stakeholders.
5. Proactive problem-solving abilities, precision, and a team-oriented attitude.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field is required.

Master’s degree in business administration or related fields.
