1. Create prototype patterns from Style Office sketches or existing bases, adhering to Product Office guidelines.
2. Develop new pattern bases and volumes based on input from Style and Product Offices.
3. Review and adjust existing pattern bases according to Product Office feedback.
4. Compile detailed technical specification sheets.
5. Provide ongoing support to external workshops during prototyping and sample development phases.
6. Fit and correct prototypes/samples prior to production commencement.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

1. Proficiency in clothing pattern-making software, preferably CREA.
2. Strong knowledge of garment construction and industrialization techniques.
3. Good understanding of fabrics and their main characteristics.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
6. Strong problem-solving abilities.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role is required.
