1. Track CRM KPIs and data to ensure alignment with business objectives.
2. Collaborate closely with the retail team and shop staff to ensure the effective implementation of campaigns.
3. Support the development and enhancement of the clienteling app.
4. Provide daily operational support for the clienteling app, including handling enquiries from shop staff and verifying data.
5. Perform comprehensive administrative and clerical duties.
6. Assist with ad hoc assignments and projects as needed.

1. Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and the ability to meet deadlines independently.

1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
2. Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as Chinese Word Processing.
3. Fluency in written and spoken Mandarin and English.

Beginner level experience in a related field is required.
