Responsibilities
- Track CRM KPIs and data.
- Collaborate with the retail team and shop staff to ensure effective campaign implementation.
- Support clienteling app development and enhancement projects.
- Provide daily operational support for the clienteling app, including handling enquiries from shop staff and data verification.
- Perform administrative and clerical duties.
- Assist with ad hoc assignments and projects.
Qualifications
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
Skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing.
- Good command of written and spoken Mandarin and English.
