1. Track CRM KPIs and data.
2. Collaborate with the retail team and shop staff to ensure effective campaign implementation.
3. Support clienteling app development and enhancement projects.
4. Provide daily operational support for the clienteling app, including handling enquiries from shop staff and data verification.
5. Perform administrative and clerical duties.
6. Assist with ad hoc assignments and projects.

1. Detail-oriented with high accuracy.
2. Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.

1. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
2. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing.
3. Good command of written and spoken Mandarin and English.

Beginner

Able to work at least 2-3 days per week.
