1. Develop comprehensive analysis and reporting on key performance indicators to define and monitor sales targets, stock levels, and retail equation KPIs by area and product category.
2. Monitor worldwide stock to enhance the availability and efficiency of merchandise at a regional level.
3. Manage stock flows from stores to outlets and rebalance end-of-life stock between regions to meet annual outlet targets.
4. Oversee the logistics timeline for outlet stock rebalancing to ensure optimal stock levels are maintained at the right time and place.
5. Define best practice processes for the Outlet Channel and monitor adherence to sales guidelines.
6. Evaluate stock and sales performance to determine the most suitable commercial actions for each region, including event-specific or discount-level initiatives.
7. Coordinate commercial events for each region to ensure optimal timing and sales outcomes.
8. Support the development of new tools for the Outlet Channel.
9. Conduct periodic analysis of each warehouse to ensure correct stock allocation.
10. Engage in regular interactions with regional teams to gather feedback, performance benchmarks, and action plans.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within a fast-paced, multifaceted environment.
2. Fluency in English.

4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to balance big picture thinking with attention to detail.
