Loro Piana Outlet Planning Specialist

- Develop comprehensive analysis and reporting on key performance indicators to define and monitor sales targets, stock levels, and retail equation KPIs by area and product category.
- Monitor worldwide stock to enhance the availability and efficiency of merchandise at a regional level.
- Manage stock flows from stores to outlets and rebalance end-of-life stock between regions to meet annual outlet targets.
- Oversee the logistics timeline for outlet stock rebalancing to ensure optimal stock levels are maintained at the right time and place.
- Define best practice processes for the Outlet Channel and monitor adherence to sales guidelines.
- Evaluate stock and sales performance to determine the most suitable commercial actions for each region, including event-specific or discount-level initiatives.
- Coordinate commercial events for each region to ensure optimal timing and sales outcomes.
- Support the development of new tools for the Outlet Channel.
- Conduct periodic analysis of each warehouse to ensure correct stock allocation.
- Engage in regular interactions with regional teams to gather feedback, performance benchmarks, and action plans.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within a fast-paced, multifaceted environment.
- Fluency in English.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong team-working attitude and proactive approach.
- Sensitivity to the luxury market.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to balance big picture thinking with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel and reporting/forecasting tools such as Business Object, Power BI, and Anaplan.
A minimum of 3 years in a similar role within a fast-paced and multifaceted environment is required.
