1. Assist in organizational development and change management projects.
2. Contribute to the implementation and management of HR information systems.
3. Facilitate the onboarding process for new colleagues regarding HR information and reporting systems.
4. Manage organizational reporting, data input, and ensure data quality in HR information systems.

1. Master's Degree in Management, Economics, Management Engineering, or a related field.

1. Proficiency in IT and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Strong analytical, planning, and deadline monitoring abilities.
3. Excellent problem-solving skills, precision, and attention to detail.
4. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to changing environments.
5. Fluency in both Italian and English, spoken and written.

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.
