1. Assist in organizational development and change management projects.
2. Support the implementation and management of HR information systems.
3. Aid in the onboarding process of new colleagues with HR information and reporting systems.
4. Manage organizational reporting, data input, and ensure data quality related to HR information systems.

1. Master's Degree in Management, Economics, Management Engineering, or a related field.

1. Proficiency in IT and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Strong analytical, planning, and deadline monitoring abilities.
3. Excellent problem-solving skills with precision and attention to detail.
4. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with flexibility.
5. Fluency in both Italian and English, spoken and written.

No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.

Master's Degree in Management, Economics, Management Engineering, or similar.

Monthly gross pay: €800
