- Assist in organizational development and change management projects.
- Support the implementation and management of HR information systems.
- Aid in the onboarding process of new colleagues with HR information and reporting systems.
- Manage organizational reporting, data input, and ensure data quality related to HR information systems.
- Master's Degree in Management, Economics, Management Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in IT and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical, planning, and deadline monitoring abilities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with precision and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with flexibility.
- Fluency in both Italian and English, spoken and written.
No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.
Master's Degree in Management, Economics, Management Engineering, or similar.
Monthly gross pay: €800
