1. Optimize inventory flow and streamline operational processes while handling the accurate processing of shipments and transfers.
2. Oversee the movement of merchandise from the stockroom to the sales floor and maintain appropriate inventory levels to align with sales potential.
3. Conduct cycle counts as per corporate calendar to verify product quantities and report discrepancies in a timely manner.
4. Facilitate the implementation of security measures through inspections, audits, and preparing products for display.
5. Ensure ongoing inventory organization according to company procedures and establish an optimized warehouse layout for improved accessibility by the sales team.
6. Maintain clean, neat, and organized stock rooms with proper labeling to facilitate sales.
7. Maintain effective communication with the operations team and external couriers to ensure accurate shipping procedures and timely delivery.
8. Provide the sales team with detailed updates regarding inventory availability to support the sales process and enhance sales performance.

1. 3+ years of operational and inventory experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.

1. Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, and other digital tools.
2. Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
3. Strong knowledge of operations and inventory control.
4. Ability to lift and move objects up to 40 pounds.

Minimum 3 years of operational and inventory experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
