1. Maintain constant communication with the EMEA Retail Operation Team, Store Management, staff, and vendors to ensure seamless store operations.
2. Coordinate all non-sales related activities in the flagship store.
3. Analyze store operation procedures and implement process optimizations.
4. Support the Store Manager in organizing daily morning briefings.
5. Coordinate the stock team to maintain an accurate and complete inventory.
6. Review logistics and product movement activities with the Stock Manager to ensure smooth operations.
7. Coordinate in-store picking activities for the e-shop and ensure monthly KPIs are met.
8. Oversee cashier procedures and support training on new processes and legal regulations.
9. Train the cashier team in luxury selling standards and act as a Brand Ambassador in managing customer claims and after-sales guidelines.
10. Coordinate all store back-office activities and ensure compliance with company guidelines.
11. Ensure routine maintenance activities comply with Italian law.
12. Manage travel and expenses, as well as uniform and clothing.
13. Ensure administrative activities align with company guidelines.

1. Minimum 5 years in a managerial role in operations.
